SPO-15 would be the hardest thing to balance about this around its BR, thats the main problem
they would have to make this a Su-34 part 2 or somehting
i mean you could just take full advantage of your ranged capability and speed to just get out of there as soon as you fire off R-37
they can still be notched, the main fun thing about this will be to BVR in it, not to play f-14 gameplay
IT doesnt need a lot of CMs, it can do its work with speed, but RWR might be important to do so

ok so, 6 and a half prototypes were built, 057 blue (the current one) being the last made as mentioned by the poster. so yeah this is the 6th MiG-31M
