Not gonna lie I think Fox-3 meta caused my reflexes to dull.
I used to be quite good but nowadays I struggle to pass 2 K/D ratio even in most meta jets…
Since fox-3 came out I kinda learned how to play the game a bit more, but the more I play, the more I realize that it is very repetitive, I usually don’t even go beyond 300 or 400 kills on each jet.
Also my latest experience at 13.0 with a non Fox-3 jet has been awful (I mean the ADTW), it makes it 10x harder to do good when the others can just point and click you.
Same, ADTW is my far worst performing jet at 13.0
You literally have to stay away from everything and sneak up with AAM-3’s, it has goated FM, but staying low is not really a good option since the MKK and MK2 spam their loadouts at you.
Thank god its radar so good you can literally see whats coming on your way and can easily evade it.
The only thing that can cause problem is the Kfir C10 due to having also AESA radar and NCTR.
Very true, radar is indeed amazing for a 13.0, I’d never complain about that haha.
One thing can also cause trouble is the JAS39A due to also having detailed NCTR but its radar performance is rather poor compare to F2.
I am in a blessed 10.3 right now, spading Crusader. I started my journey through US tree in January. Unironically my linear rating rose up from 25% or something like that up to 30% just by playing US only. I guess it’s another joke about US mains skill level
It’s hard to have good matches with the MiGs considering the competition in the same BR, it’s basically playing on hard mode, but I like it.
I hope they add the MiG-29M or give the R-73s to the MiG-29A and keep them at 12.7 like the F-15A. It doesn’t make sense to bully the MiG-29s like this.
Looks like that Gaijin hate not only USSR tier VI and VII but partially also VIII.
With the F-15As at 12.7 with Aim-9M now, theres no reason why the 12.7 mig-29s shouldnt get the R-73.
Barely playing the SMT is sad but understandable.
It used to be really good when it came out, Especially at CAS, but now not so much.
Yeah I’ve been utterly hating spading the mig-29n.
So abysmal compared to the 13.3 flankers and gaijin makes you go through each r-27 upgrade incrementally which makes it so that you need 1 rank 4 mod before you finally get r77s, which is pure torture.
Out of curiosity I also checked if the mig-29n radar is overperforming in terms of gimbal limit but it seems to be correct

As Panther pointed out, those are R-13Ms. They were popular for export for a short period of time before the USSR cleared the R-60 for export as well
