You forgot LF Mk9. Extremely good univeral aircraft with stupidly good climb rate. Can pretty much 1v1 90% of the stuff in its br bracket.

That’s the problem though. Tech tree identity is a big aspect of the game and it’s worth it.
Iconic Russian/Soviet MiGs and Sukhois should remain in the Russian tech tree, bar Warsaw Pact nations of course because that’s still sensible. Giving the British a MiG isn’t.

i would agree before, but with how long the grind has become and its just gonna get worse in the future
I really don’t think that’s a decent argument. The grind has always been terrible; the F-80A (P-80 back then) used to cost 220k RP and about 830k SL for the plane and its crew, the F-86F-2 used to cost 360k RP or so and 2.25 million SL to purchase and crew it, but they used to respect tech trees according to their national identities and it was always rewarding and worth it in the end with such a good feeling. Adding shortcuts in every tech tree ruins that and ruins immersion as well.
EDIT: if they add it to the Russian tech tree, that would be a different and much better story.
Not really, there is still plenty of identity if you look at a tech tree as a whole and not just at a single rank (or even br bracket, there’s plenty of unique stuff per rank). This just looks more like unnecessary gatekeeping than actual attempt at preserving tech tree identity
Why is it the discussion of British stuff plagues this forum like no other. Go find the correct thread. MiG-29 to British tech tree might make some people butthurt but it makes sense because India uses it. There is nothing more to discuss, they will do what they think will reel in the $$.
You want British MiG-29? Go around saying you’d spend the $80 on a British premium MiG-29 in a heartbeat. Don’t want it? Say the opposite around the staff. They’ll jump at opportunity.

SPO-15T in a MiG-29SMT
also how is it with the SPO-15 and using anti radiation missiles, i thought it wasn’t able to provide target queuing for an anti radiation missile? Since most places i read it said the L-150 was only able to do that with the Kh-31P, but i have seen pics of Yemen MiG-29SMTs carrying what looks like to be an Kh-31P

L-150 can provide target data for anti-rad missiles, but it is not the only way to lock them from my understanding. You can still lock them manually.
