Is the second seat really lighter than an empty tank?

MiG-29K 9.31 is heavily unlikely since it’s from the early 29K program which lacked a couple important things… mainly countermeasures…

29K 9.41 can carry a max of 8 R-77-1s.(Wrong)

MiG-29M 9.15 is in the same book as 9.31, but honestly I could see it as a squadron vehicle.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a MiG-29M2 9.47S fitted with Zhuk-A since that was only first seen on the MiG-35 tech demo in the early 2000s…

And MiG-35 is 9.61/67… 9.41 is for modern 29K/29M.

afaik it can only carry max 6x

i know there was one at the 2019 maks airshow that was based on the MiG-29M blue 741 that was converted in to a display model with an AESA mounted called MiG-35 but it was only a non flyable display model, it was later converted back in to a normal MiG-29M in 2020, other than that i havent heard of any MiG-29M/M2 that had an AESA mounted

Yeah I’m fairly sure mig-29ms after 9.15 can only carry 6x r77

Interesting, interesting… Sadly I don’t think there’s any good loadout charts besides the MCRA proposal

So always just assumed (Since I’d never really thought about it) it would’ve been 8 RVV-AE… If only MiG-29M/K 9.15/31 made it out of the 90s…

I forgot about that one…

I was talking about MiG-29M 9.15 '154 Blue that was rebuilt into a MiG-35, the original one from the mid-late 2000s.

Spoiler

while not a loadout chart it mentions what it can carry and how many:

yeah thats the one that was entered in to the indian MMRCA thing so i think that would be the only AESA mig that could come to the game since it actually was a flyable model that was entered in to a competition unlike that 2019 version that was a mock up only

Yeah I wonder why the land based mig-29ms after 9.15 lost the ability to use 8x r77. Makes sense for the naval ones because the wing tips fold, but the land ones? Makes 0 sense

Lowk would love mig-29ovt with proposed aesa Zhuk and 120 cms (most fake plane in the game but atp future mig29s are dead anyways)

tbh i thought the land ones could use 8x R77s aswell since it made sense why it could be restricted with the naval version. Who knows maybe they found out with extra trailing and development further in to the 90s and 2000s it could cause some potential issues. But who knows im just speculating at this point tbh

give me the 2000s MiG-35 tech demonstrator with the egyptian/algerian 2x 32 CM dispensers on their MiG-29Ms (kinda fake since it was never put on the same plane but it can be argued based on air frame compatibility i guess lol)

Acting like the MiG-35 we’ll get isn’t going to be fake af lol, at least when compared with the 6 Russia ACTUALLY got.

Calling it now, it’ll have the 32 round dispensers from the MiG-29M 9.41, T/220, Zhuk-AM, and idk MSP-418K or some shit if ECM exists then.

Is this not a mig-35 with the 16 dispensers on each side? I think it will come into the game with n010m and 32 cms like irl

Is this an ecm pod?

Nah, because 29Kr has the exact same suite, I think they’ll do 29Kr for the better N010M MiG-29 then they’ll go full bullshit with MiG-35.

So there is 2 diferent mig29m the 9.15 and 9.41, and only mig29k is the 9.41. That mean if i am understood right, 9.15 is r77 and 9.41 is r77-1 capable.

There’s
MiG-29M 9.15 (80-90s program, R-77s)
MiG-29M/M2 9.41/47S (2000s program, technically R-77-1)
MiG-29K 9.31(80-90s program, R-77s)
MiG-29K"r"/KrUB 9.41/47 (2000/2010s program, technically R-77-1)
