If anyone has these, I would like to obtain them. Further official documentation on the MiG-29’s intakes or RD-33 is also welcome.

A close-coupled canard is a wing configuration in which a small forewing or foreplane is placed forward of the main wing of a fixed-wing aircraft or a weapon. They are Russian language books, I have obtained the first one online but I need the second one as a secondary source.

The only difference between the engines on the stand and in the aircraft is the air intake path.
