Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-29 Fulcrum - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 2)

Does the Indian 29K even have a targeting pod to self designate for LGBs?

this 3D model, for both the N019 and N010

I has IRST with laser designator

it does have access to a TGP specifically the LITENING Targeting Pod, but as GitGood mention it should also be able to provide laser illumination of a ground target through the onboard OLS station.

Air target detection range of N019M1 doesn’t match with the 558 ARZ’s brochure data.

actually it looks kinda similar to this

Hmm… odd.

Hello, been a while since I’ve been here. How’s the 29M 9.15 CM issue looking? Completely ignored or what. I take great issue as a 9.15 enjoyer.
Also why did Gaijin remove the R-27s from the 9.41R?

because the mig 29K with the bort number 941 is clearly not a 9.41 but a 9.31

Typical.

Long lost brother of 311 and 312 (he was a “special one” so parents hid him in the basement)

You and me both, I’ve been fiending for that Sukhoi book.

Also it baffles me that we have F-16Vs and F-16C PoBITs but no MiG-35.

Latest MiG-29 model doesn’t come out alongside latest F-16 models.

Russian Bias.
