Problem is now to prove it to gaijin
anyone have a pic of the Thales TopSight helmet-mounted sights?

According to the media, pilot has TopSight
cool since i realized i have sources on the TopSight for the KR
well here are a few clips of the r73 performing worse than a bunch of missiles
r-60:
R-3R:
lmao, who knows what they’ve done. It’s the dev server, anything can happen there as usual

Lore accurate R-3R
Finally, AIM-9X is not needed anymore to counter R-73!
Its liquid cooled pc
I think it’s not pilot who’s small, bu MiG-29 cockpit made too big. Or pilot chair is placed too low, irl it’s almost in-line with avionics block behind it, but in-game it’s like half a head lower
that is bc they adjust the pilot so that he sits right behind the HUD
and that is an issue for quite alot of jets
Are they taking into consideration that a lot of modern jets use angled seats? Because MiG pilot sits almost perfectly straight from what i can see
quite alot of times the actually rendered pilot is correct but not the pilot position in the xray/ damage model bc gaijin wants the camera to be directly infront of the HUD
and i think the camara position depends on where the pilots head is in the xray
here are some examples:
(this is probably the pest example bc you can see the pilot model that os way smaller than the copilot that is actually human sized)

Spoiler

after taking the screenshots i noticed that that cant be the explenation for the Mig-29K bc the pilot isnt even able to look through the HUD

That’s the funniest part. Although he technically looks down in the cockpit
It’s been a long time I haven’t read this forum again, is there any chance of MiG-29 actually getting its FM fixed? Like, we had MiG-29K now, closer to MiG-35, and yet nothing’s changed in MiG-29 FM as far as I remembered?
There was a big push when MiG-29M released, but it ended up with nothing. Gaijin insists that current flight model is “close enough” so no action is required.
Well that’s a shame, MiG-29 still retain a bad FM.
is it available on statshark?
