Nah it’s prolly wrong, it gets Zhuk m wrong so other information is likely not accurate
This is from the article about the “Osa” radar. Perhaps they could have put it there, given its significantly smaller size?

Sadly only MiG-29UBT 9.52 had it. (It’s based of 9.17, hence the large spine.)
Standard RuAF 9.51/53s don’t have it.
