Huh, so i managed to make fuel weight to be about the same for both 9.12 and 9.15
thing is, this is 30% for 9.15 and 52% for 9.12

yeah i feel that. i dont even have the SMT, but the Mig-29As are already not exactly agile…
I just wanted a more agile SMT that retains the radar and RWR. i know the Mig-29N exists, just not the same…
9.15 does have extra fuel capacity. it was one of the upgrades,
increased internal fuel supply (5,810 l vs 4,300 l)
are we able to see the litres inside the plane or only the weight?
yeah, i know. I just thought it would be less than 22% for same fuel mass.

2 missiles go a long way to be honest. You have same missile load as an F-15 with this MiG. 13.7 is most certainly warranted, especially with radar like this. And if FM will recieve buffs it would be even better.
I hope so. I do wonder what BR it will be in ground battles. it should get Kh-29T and the TV guided bomb (forgot the name), on the 4 most internal pylons.
I just hope its at the minimum fun. im happy with the upgraded cockpit visibility and HUD.
can the IRST of the 9.15 provide laser designation?
Looking at Gordon book - it does have TV, IR and laser channels and can be used as a laser designator

laser designator on OLS-M is limited to 8km, IRST can see a target from the rear from 35km
But that is if Gordon is correct ofc
eh 8km is fine. ill take it. russia didnt make proper TGPs (externally mounted) until… very late.

Looking at the coefficients, the MiG-29M produces a little bit more lift just from the wings, but it should also produce even more lift because it has larger horizontal stabilizers compared to the MiG-29A, and they produce exactly the same lift, which is also wrong.
The airframe of the MiG-29M is not only an increase in wing loading on the wings, but also an improvement in lift distribution across other parts of the aircraft.
This is not currently reflected in the model, since only a few values have been minimally adjusted without accounting for all the airframe components that were improved on the MiG-29M compared to the MiG-29A

They should aslo produce more lift at high AOA because of the hooks
all gaijin has to do now is change the model around the cockpit give it an AESA, upgraded engines, LWS, MAWS and an IRST TGP and we got ourself a rank 9 mig (next major update please mr snail?)

there is most certainly some black magic in regads of the fuel. It showed 37 minutes in the test flight settings
One thing mentioned in the original forum suggestion post for the 29M is its total CMs going to 120, due to extra dispensers embedded into the spine. currently in game it has only 60.
Yeah, it sould get 120 CMs. And Balta bug report about it was accepted.
