Edit: yep just checked, the 9.12S was 9.12 upgraded to 9.13S standard
There is what are are 9.12s, 9.12 upgraded to s standards, for example Malaysia got them and put them into service as the 29n

What premium 29 would we even get? A 9.12 for Russia finally? I more so would love to have 9.15 (with l-150) in tt

Not really sure, but the USSR tech tree is one of the next candidates to get a rank 8 premium, so it would be kinda funny if we finally get a new MiG and it ends up being a 80$ premium.

Looks right enough just from a quick google search on history of the Malaysian 29
They could add 9-13S at 13.0 without R77 but with R73 and not only would it not change the game at all, but it makes sense to do so. The soviet tree needs a flight worthy MiG29 with R-73. The Germans have one, given the recent BR changes, the soviets should now.
