No, the F-16’s and F-15’s radars are underperforming and the FM’s are overperforming… other various issues. These issues are not solely on the Russian planes. Everyone has issues.
MLD vs F-4s was not as egregious as F-14 vs MLD, nor did it last as long. People also forget just how long the F-4E was unquestionably dominant prior to that. The Soviets had the best aircraft for a grand total of 6 months between two periods of complete US dominance each lasting around a year.

F-14A literally killed the game for 6 months
GJ always does this remember. The Mig21Bis came out with R60s that went for every flare so everyone would buy the Harriers. The Mig23M came out like crap so everyone would go for the Chinese J7E. It later got the R13M1 and even R60Ms etc. The MLD came out thereafter.
Mig29 like utter dog crap first came out and they had to buff the model and give R27ER.
They always hit the Soviets hard and then mid patch bring them up. I personally believe for sales and hype then they equalize the meta.

This never happened to SMT, the “buff” part, and now we have a SU-27 with copy paste Mig-29 9.13 radar lol, when every source calls the radar state of the art. İn game it’s copy paste

The MLD stomped the Tomcats into the ground for a while, American pilots are just that bad. The F-4E was never dominant.

SMT was never “nerfed”. It performs on par with the other MiG-29s when total weight is equal. You could argue it is overperforming because there is no change in center of gravity despite change in radar, fuel tank locations, etc.

The single saving grace as a Sim player was how unbelievably bad the average US heavy fighter pilot is, a player with any knowledge of what they were doing could shut an entire server down singlehandedly

I wanna play SU-27 in SIM so bad , but , invisible missiles. Hell no. You don’t see it even if it’s in 90* headon.
Missile firing button is operated by a single hand, yes… but don’t forget the throttle control. Let’s not be hasty.

“Americans” are bad because everyone all over the world gravitates to that nation when they first play. Pop culture etc. brings them to that nation first above all.

Well, in terms of bvr there’s no doubt that the su27 is the best plane RN, like i said before, i believe that the f16 not getting nerfed and now the f15 overperforming in terms of FM is because of this: They are probably doing this because of “balance”, the f16 was heavily outmatched by the mig29 in BVR and if corrected it would be on par WVR, on the devserver the su27 outmatched the f15 both in BVR and WVR by a LARGE MARGIN, there was nothing that the f15s could do and the plane would be completely useless if released like that, thus nobody would research it. The problem is that they NEVER admit that, they always throw some shitty excuses and refuse to elaborate further. I’ll repeat what i said weeks ago: IMO, they’ll only correct the f16, and now maybe the f15, when fox3s get added.

It’s still playable, purely by virtue of poor strategy from BLUFOR players. You have to keep a very careful eye on your RWR though. They never turn off their scanning radars so you always have some bearing of where you need to keep an eye, and they have to enter within render range for a 9M shot. In anything without counterplay, though, it’s pain. I love my Su-25T but damn does it hurt trying to evade a 9M
I agree it is the best jet. But I do not think we should speak much on that. Its lacking a literal radar and I do not want them to think its ok
I’m veeeeeeeeeery skeptical about the flanker tho, it really seems to be underperforming by a large margin after the update came live, it performed much better on the devserver
