this is just for the second gen fulcrums
So It’s not just an evolution the changes are so extensive that it basically counts as a next gen Fulcrum, and it became the basis for the later variants, ok ok got it

i thought mig-29m 9.15 was based off mig-29k 9.31
@GitGood it seems John Mikoyan saw us complaining about naming schemes and decided to school us instead of stealing our candy.
They are based off each other. Development was in parallel, but 9.31 was started a bit earlier if I’m not mistaken
