Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-29/35 Fulcrum - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 2)

Beyond the difficulty of making the fix, there is also the question of importance.

To be honest, there is no real point—aside from a matter of aesthetics—in renaming all 20 variants of the L-150. There is a report regarding this, but personally, I don’t consider it a priority.

How? Angle on MiG-35 looks absolutely atrocious, entire airframe looks disfigured

the angle on the 29KR statcard definetly looks better

MiG-29SMT 9-19 Missing laser guided weapons

gonna make one on the 9-15 soon, just need to check my secondary sources first

Well, it does. But it doesn’t make it look like it had a stroke and half of the face is twisted

Brain is dead, Idk why but I can still see the long leg mig here

The something terrible happened to the Swedes, don’t worry, you lot have escaped it for the most part.

What? Last time i checked they got new draken with funny missiles and i think some anti-ship stuff?

i guess they just dont want to accept it we are gonna be stuck with long legs forever

Either getting the worst possible iteration of the RBS15 (a salvo of 8 from multiple Gripen barely gets 1 through to hit a boat, even on the outskirts of cover), or a fictional one by air launching a non-air-launchable variant (which will suffer the same issues as it is inherent to missing features) from the information we have so far. It is dire.

But should mean the proper butchery is limited to Swede stuff over Mig for this update. Ablative Gripen protection for Migs.

that applies to any sub sonic anti ship missile

This does sound quite funny, and characteristic of Gaijin. Maybe they will be fixed before Live. (unless gaijin stubbornly believes that this is exactly how RBS15 works IRL)

You’d be right in thinking so, but in practice I can get harpoon and Japan’s slow ASMs through to hit the boats consistently in the 4 on these aircraft. Often 2 make it through of the 4 launched. It is very odd the disparity between them and RBS 15.

Though further discussing this would be better suited for the other thread.

Does MiG-35 get any chance to get more CM? It is a 14.3 plane but even gets fewer cms than J10c
