I checked, and it really is a MiG with an AESA radar. However, it’s a flying laboratory—a two-seater without the L-150 system, bearing the number 747. As I understand it, the developers are definitely not introducing this specific MiG into the game.
Both 741 and 747 house AESA radars in them. And looking at 741 - it does have an RWR in it (tho probably an Indian one lol). All in all, we already have some very questionable vehicles, or vehicle configurations. And we also have technology demonstrators in-game (Challenger 3 TD) so it is not a unique case.

Yeah his skins are amazing which is why I requested naval camo for 35.
Hopefully he hears my prays and answer it with naval camo.
Also this one for 9.13 is a great competitor to my banana jet that i bought on the market
