not on any MiG-35. Technical compatibility exists, but on Russian documentary about MiG-35 one of MiG representatives said that TVC was ultimately dropped because “MiG-35 has sufficient maneuverability even without it”
Irbis advantage in scanning angle is vastly more valuable than the jump from PESA to AESA as far as WT goes. That being said im suprised they gave MiG-35 such good fly model so it’s definitely the MiG to fly .
