Daaamn, I did NOT expect AESA.
What do we know about AE anyway? I wonder what search angles can we expect.
Please more than 9 degrees of vertical scan, I’d love to be able to find something.

it wouldn’t have made sense to add without AESA

120x120 on dev, which looks accurate to Zhuk-AE stats.

it would at 14.0

They can add another one without it in the future anyway

lates tech demo was with Zhuk-AE with increased amount of TRMs so there should be an improvement at least in range

You are likely talking about the FGA35. It has indeed higher range but it was never seen mounted on MiG-35

Engines aren’t naval ones, according to BVVD, so no overheat

did bvvd mention anything about the thrust? his throttle is not visible

it dosent have the sensors in the cockpit tho

so there is still a bugreport to be made
