not if they add the Irbis-e radar and it would have the same hard points (12) as the su30sm, so, still 14 missiles with better engines, radar, similar weight or a little lighter)

brother, the su-30sm2 is an upgrade program to be on par with the su35. Where are you getting your info from?

The Su-30SM2 is an upgrade to put it on par with the Su-35S… Not the Su-35.
The 30SM is better than the Su-35 in every single way but engine power… In which case it’s debatable, since the AL-35F’s testing run was extremely limited.
Obviously not the same place from you… You don’t even know the difference between the Su-35 and Su-35S.
It’s arcticfoxxo when they refer to the Su-35 they mean the Su-27M of which only 12 was built instead of Su-35S which is what people commonly refer as the Su-35

Su-35 doesn’t have Irbis-E, it has the base model N011.
Would be 12 missiles, arguably could R-27EAs, but would be best with R-77s. It already employed SPO-32, so I’d say it would be a pretty nice step directly up from the Su-27SM.

Most people dont stipulate that they are talking about the su-35s, because the su-35 itself is decades older and pretty much a completely different plane.

Yeah that too, it could have easily been added already, maybe even this update with the F-18’s coming to the game, but then again, we got the su30sm this time.

It is. In every way.
Radar (N011 / N011M), sensor suite (SPO-32 / SPO-32M-1), general avionics from the cockpit to the defense suite. It lacks the maneuverability that the Su-30SM employs and can somewhat argue for the existence of its 30k engines.
Sure, just like most people won’t stipulate between T-80B / T-80U / T-80UM-2 / T-80BVM when talking about T-80s in game, nor the Abrams.
Then again, it’s a direct comparison. If I simply said “M1 Abrams”, you wouldn’t think I was talking about the M1A2 SEPv3 or the M1A1AIMv2. You would think I was talking about the M1 Abrams.
Hence why I said Su-35, not Su-35S.
Even more reason to say Su-35S instead of simplifying it, too.

I feel the later 29Ks would be a far better fit alongside the early Super Hornets. Whether it be 9-41 alongside 18E or 9-47 alongside 18F, I feel they match up quite well together in terms of general ability.
