Would su37 even work as tech tree? Its nature is more of an event vehicle. mb, misread as su37, still same scenario

No no i miss spelled su-37 instead of 47, The Su-37 has at least three fuctional hard points on it’s frame given it shares the same frame with the Su-3_ series

experimental.

No MiG-29K??

ok ok

Su-37 would have been great as a TT vehicle before the Su-30, but since we now have the 30SM it would fit well as an event vehicle.

I feel like we should get an Su-35 and Su-30M just before the 30SM and have it foldered in that order.

experemental or not it got very far into development and Suckoi could be working on something using it given it’s pretty good hull + it could be made stealth and the su-57 is kinda trash compard to the su-47 sadly it wasn’t selected because of russian beurocracy

Su 35 before su30sm is wild

totally

How so? It’s worse in effectively every way but its engines.

su35 is from 2010, su30sm is from 2013
so yeah, su35 should already be in wt

not if they add the Irbis-e radar and it would have the same hard points (12) as the su30sm, so, still 14 missiles with better engines, radar, similar weight or a little lighter)
it loses the cool canards tho :(

brother, the su-30sm2 is an upgrade program to be on par with the su35. Where are you getting your info from?

The Su-30SM2 is an upgrade to put it on par with the Su-35S… Not the Su-35.

The 30SM is better than the Su-35 in every single way but engine power… In which case it’s debatable, since the AL-35F’s testing run was extremely limited.

Obviously not the same place from you… You don’t even know the difference between the Su-35 and Su-35S.

It’s arcticfoxxo when they refer to the Su-35 they mean the Su-27M of which only 12 was built instead of Su-35S which is what people commonly refer as the Su-35

Su-35 doesn’t have Irbis-E, it has the base model N011.
Would be 12 missiles, arguably could R-27EAs, but would be best with R-77s. It already employed SPO-32, so I’d say it would be a pretty nice step directly up from the Su-27SM.

It’s quite literally the first to use the canards…

I mean the Su-35… Yknow, what the aircraft is called?

usually most people mean su-35s when talking about the su-35. Im not even going to try and argue with you, ive seen you on the forums before i dont like engaging with the likes of you.

Oh we had this conversation before. I know what you mean by the Su-35

Usually people stipulate that they’re talking about the Su-35S. I’m not.

Then don’t? A response wasn’t warranted to begin with, it’s a spitball comment.
