it is exactly where it belongs, equal to the mig29G the issue is that other vehicles should be moving way up. that F16, the F15s and those Su30s have no business being at the BR’s they currently are or were reduced to. decompress to 16.0 is sorely needed
That’s true, but he said that the R-60M is a bad missile at 12.7. I just remembered that there are planes with worse missiles.
Yeah, those missiles are so utterly useless at 12.7+. Especially comparing to their “counterparts” at said BRs
Add the Mig-29 to the nation that thinks missile defense involves going to full afterburner an trying to headbutt the missile out of the air and it will go down too.
which is offset by it’s other 6 very potent missiles while the Mig gets 2 in return, and even then I’d take the 9P over the 60M in 7/10 scenarios

Imagine the MiG-29 1-13 will have six powerful missiles, four R-73s and two R27-ERs.
About time it does though, considering you have to fight ARH in an uptier…
But that’s a problem with many planes, but you also have to think about the down tier.

The problem is always the same compression, but then they have to make a choice, 11.7 or 12.0, or make the plane suffer a little at 14.0 or 13.7.
I don’t have to imagine, i own the Mig29G, it sucks to be frank

It really needs to lose the 27Es and go back down to 12.7
I disagree, it is very potent with the ER
this doesn’t mean that it’s fair to have one at 13.0. I don’t really get what’s wrong with all of you guys thinking that r-73 justify a raise in br. it looks like we’re not even playing the same game
What bugs me personally is the 13.0 matchmaker in combination with the horrid RWR. Sure the ER is great and all but then again, same Br with 4 more ERs and the same number of R73s is the Su27 and 33 and the 33 even gets a better RWR

In an ideal world, the 29 would be at 13.0 without ER and the 27 would be at 13.7…
If it goes back down, it needs to lose the R73s. Was that not part of the reason for the increase? You don’t get to have better missiles and stay at the lower BR.
