- For old players, boredom sets in as they learn all the game features.
- They don’t care about retaining players, they focus on making money from new players who are willing to swipe their cards to pay.
fair point, but in long run this will kill them… Im new player and let me tell you you need like 200 hours to realise this game is bunch of BS and not worthy. Also the BP is garbage I can tell you that by not even playing the game.
They have time to make all these premiums for 70 dollars, but have no time for quality BP is laughable
But nooooo problems there are lot of other games that will not PUNISH me for supporting them with money.

Best-case in industry has to be Deep Rock Galactic for “How to do battlepass right.”
Dota 2 battlepass also felt nice for when it was a thing (granted it had the added hype of “Esports prize pool is funded by battlepass” so not as comparable).

In general I agree with your post, but not with this theory.
First of all, we don’t get 4 unique vehicles in each BP for a long time. I was fine with the 3 vehicles system, as long as at least 1 of these vehicles was unique. And in my opinion it shouldn’t be a problem to add 1 unique vehicle every 3 months to the BP. Considering how many vehicles they add to tech trees every year, it really shouldn’t change that much.
I’m also sure that even when we will have a situation, where the devs will start running out of vehicles to add (many years from now), they will just… change their rules about adding vehicles to the game.
The funny thing is, we already saw this a few times in the past. The recent example is an addition of a fake plane to the Japanese tech tree, because they had a gap to fill and nothing else would fit there.
And what about Naval? They already stated that Naval vehicles don’t have to be completely built to be added to the game. Even if a nation started building a ship and only completed 1% of it, that’s good enough for this ship to be added. The next step will be to add vehicles with only blueprints, and I’m sure it will happen in the future. Honestly, it’s only a matter of time.
They will definitely do the same in other game modes as well in the future. The thing is, their rules can change at any time, depending on the situation. So I personally don’t see them running out of unique vehicles. It’s all about easing the rules.

I hope they apply the Vehicle Standards of Naval to all other modes eventually.
just download all these F2P games like Apex, Warzone, Fortnite and see how BP shoiuld work… even if they put skins instead of vehicles it would be much better than this one…

As long as the marketplace exists the PC community will continue to buy the BP. If Gaijin ever bother to negotiate similar deals across all platforms I’m pretty sure it would also apply there too.
There will always be players who will purchase the vehicles you think are worthless, especially when so few people play all game modes and wil happily sell decent but unused vehicles for coins to get mediocre but playable ones to fill lineups.
I have to question why they changed the 3rd vehicle to the random box. Its not like they are about to run out of vehicles, You only have to look at the suggestion pages or wishlist threads to see the literally hundreds of designs, variants or modifications still untapped many of which would be ideal for the 'same but different ’ nature of many BP rewards.
If they want to recirculate old event vehicles, many of which havent been available for years, then how about a mini event in the gap between the three major ones? There is simply no need to reduce rewards elsewhere that does nothing but anger the player base.

Doesn’t matter if its a minority of players who are sellng and buying the fact remains it will always happen. A vehicle may be useless but if its limited availability them someone, somewhere will buy it. And this is doubly true for those that actually have some degree of usefulness, or even fit in to the many gaps that remain across the BRs.
yes finally mentioned COD for its battlepass when everything else in the game is hyper aggressive, whether it’s matchmaking, skins which are only valid on one or a few opus etc. over the last 10 years COD players have been less respected than WT players

I realized like 5 days after making account here that nobody is supporting nothing, you have old players who are sick of this BS and are just trying to hurt the game and then you have new players like me that really enjoy, no matter how bad BS is currently, this game and wanna try change something…
So dont expect anything will be changed…its just sad but maybe people not buying BP will send them a message
Also then you have Gaijin trying to get our feedback, then give us to vote, we voted no and they still did things like we voted Yes and also you have them asking for BR change feedback then acting like they gone thru 4k comments in like 3 days… just redicilous
Yeah it’s not good. So far it looks like people are slopping it up, the data has told gaijin it is acceptable to reduce rewards. There are too many mega fanboys who just spend no matter what and their excuse is “I can spend what I want broke boy” like lmao don’t you see it’s trash?
Neer seen a game that survives only by whales buying…You need regular people if you wanna success…

It started alredy. Confirmed gaijin does not care of the comunity given they didnt make the previous event vehicle into a choise.

There are plenty of them. You have to keep in mind that the forum does not even represent 1% of the entire community.
And as with everything, people write more often to complain than when they are happy.
I don’t get why the bush decoration are locked till level 57. Across the entire duration it would take around 10 Battlepass levels per day, which is kinda little pay-to-win factor (or stupid insane grind), to get bush camoflage. In RB and SB it’s very important to remain unseen and bushes can make a hugh difference on long distances.
I would like to see them earlier in the battlepass.
On top I think the daily challanges are sometimes very specific and therefore hard to archive. And why does these tasks have rank limitations on 2 and/or 3. It’s kinda gatekeeping new players for no reason.
