Any comments prior to the appearance of the AGM-130C in the game files?
Don’t put too much onus on the appearance of stuff within the game files. It doesn’t really mean that they’re coming to the game soon or at all - sometimes it’s just for testing.
Python 3s/PL-8s were in the files for something like 12 months before being added.
But they added french hammer-bombs with new tracking system, and they gave su-34 3000 kg bombs with UMPK. Maybe US needs something too?

cus with hammer you can just spam spawn point for example
with AGM-65 you need to choose specific target

the strela is a copy paste vehicle which only needed some skin changes, its nothing special
and only 0.3 higher then the chapparal. It would not solve any of israels problems and its implementation didnt need any work cause it IS copy paste and only got skin changes
Early F-22 also dont have HMD, tho with this update, gaijin might just skip early F-22’s and add a late variant right off the bat, or give it an HMD it didnt have like the Rafale F3R.
It actually is though, the chapparal is already a horrible SPAA. only reason it’s still 10.0 is because Gaijin wants to give the illusion that israel has a SPAA above 9.3.
I’m happy that a lot of nations got a “new” capable SPAA around 10.3, but israel is in dire need of capable spaa everywhere above 9.3.

Our big problem is the total lack of SACLOS / Radar guided SAM’s, and you’re right in saying Strela wouldn’t address that - but it’d still be a significant improvement over Machbet and Chaparral.
Optical contrast lets Strela engage things like drones and helicopters, something Israel currently has almost no ability to do.

ehhhhh not even realy that, the range of the strela isnt big enough for you to even engage most atgm slingers
I don’t think Strela would be some sort of silver bullet to our problems, and I’m not trying to over rate it or anything, but I can’t adequately put into words just how bad Chaparral is.
When the situation is as bad as it is, I’d take literally anything that represents some form of improvement lol.

I think you don’t know how suffer Israel SPAA is. We cannot do anything against enemy planes. Just need anything to help like ANYTHING that better than freaking Machbet and Chaparral.

I hope that with the HUD improvements and fixes that we see the Sea Harrier HUDs being added soon too.
