Major Update “Leviathans” — DEV Server Changelog (16.06.2025) - dev server is closed

It’s ever so slightly better. It has a better radar (mostly useless for the F-5E) and missiles that can slave to the radar.

Most would rather see it go up to 11.7 or so and get its historical AIM-9P-5 missiles though (all aspect Ps with IRCCM and smokeless motors)

In reality it also had the late model aerodynamic improvements (larger LERX and the shark nose) but the performance benefits of these are not reflected in-game

actually f18c has better fm (because its lighter)

i thought the m551 and the xm800t should switch places with this update?
am i wrong?

That still doesn’t make up for no C-5, No HMD, and no Ground Ordinance at the same br.

I would have wanted all C5s to be higher in BR.

I’m so hyped about the 17 pounder accuracy buff (3x accuracy)! I saw in a datamine they implemented it in the Dev Server! I made a report about it 4 months ago so I am absolutely thrilled to see it!

We received a 0.8 GB update an hour ago, I’m still waiting for the updated list!

So far, I can’t see anything new or aby changes beyond Leclerc MSC.

Have they identified the missiles for spyder, I’m still waiting for devblog

120c got maneuverability nerf and drag reduction
overall a worse aim-120a/b currently (has very slightly less drag but that makes almost no difference)

Spoiler

8km alt launch towards a target on the deck

spyder radar got a range increase, 250km max range

bunch of new loadouts for prem stuff (with a singular weapon instead of being a proper set)

new litening pod mfd interface

I knew a maneuverable 120 was too good to be true, thanks for the info xD

120C has same fin aoa as 120A/B but reduced wing area so it pulls more aoa (and also loses more speed during turns) but overall less Gs, especially at higher altitudes

Add microwave radar guidence to the Brimstone and give us the AGM-114L you cowards!! ;)

Edit: Millimeter-wave of course, thanks Khorne!

Is it higher? I could have sworn that it displayed a 11.0 BR for air battles when I tested it yesterday.
It was 11.3 in GRB tho.
Unless the display for GRB and ARB BRs was swapped for some reason.

edit:
yup, in the TT it says 11.0 for air and 11.3 for ground, but in the preview it says 11.3 flat, so I dunno what BR it is supposed to be really

I didn’t realise they used microwaves in the Brimstones.
Must have had too many spare microwave ovens in Britain.

I wonder how many cans of beans they exploded with them

Well microwaves are at 2.5GHz, brimstones are at 95GHz
close enough

Imagine a missile that cooks the target before it gets there.

“Sir, how do you want the target? medium well or rare?”
