Major Update “Firebirds” — DEV Server Changelog (12.11.2024)

Any news on a simple model change on the Sepv2 or are we just in indefinite limbo?

Yeah after trying them myself they still aren’t usable. I spoke too soon.

Dont forget its also missing the I-Go missile, as the Ki-48 was only the testbed for the missile, the Ki-102 was the aircraft intended to use said weapon in active service

Still a real shame they haven’t added a wider spread of ASM, still want sea eagles on the Gr1. But this at least hints at them being in the works

I will be honest. I was expecting them to ram into the water. But that. I must give it to snail, it got me.

Yeah, that would be good too.

Whole new definition for sea skimming

Guys, for real… it’s been 8 months since Baden’s release and the D turret right mantlet is still broken…

Come on, it can’t be THAT HARD of a fix!

since the Dev server is open again can we lower the

kurnass2000s battle rating?

All of the new Naval interface additions and improvements are very nice!

Nope, 12.3 is more then fine for that plane.

12.3 with no SAH missiles while facing AV8B+ with Ammrams and SU-27s R-27ERs yeah you right makes sense

It has 290 countermeasurs 6 Python-3 Missiles, digital rwr, pd radar and Agile Eagle package,it has no business in 12.0.

sigh

Since when PD radar determine a plane battle rating when it can’t even use the PD radar since it has no Radar missiles!?

F4E has all the above except PD radar and extra countermeasures but it gets actual SARH missiles

If it has business at 12.0, could be argued the m4k has business at 12.0-12.3

I mean, even after 3 years - the XM8 still goes kaboom when you hit it’s ammo rack, despite the thing being designed around a half unmanned turret with blow-out panels.

So just because the bug has been around for a while doesn’t mean it takes priority. Sadly

Huh? Kurnass2000 is 12.3 at Air Rb while it sits at 11.3 so i dont know what you’re talking about.

It sits at 12.3, M4k sits at 12.7. One lacks longer ranged ordnance, and one lacks the capacity to utilise the longer range missiles effectively. Both come out to a similar count of IR AAMs.

It was an argument of absurdity, to move things down that function completely adequately where they are, and would cause issues moved lower.

what can you even read?
