While this is a major skill issue being reliant on APHE to be able to kill I get it.
APHE is a nuclear bomb to tanks in game
It’s not a skill issue, it’s just an imbalance that can be rectified. Aphe allows you to get kills just not possible with ap.
There is a reason the British sherman 1 is a higher br, and it’s not the apcr xd

Aiming also does
All the aiming in the world won’t let you one tap a hull down tank like the t-34 or kv-1, even from the side or back, but if you have aphe you can.

You can do that with solid AP
I could post all manner of armour tests just to show that’s wrong, but I’m away from my pc, you at best kill 2 and breech them. Aphe you nuke them, there is a reason why you can get a ten kill game consistently in the sherman 1 but it’s luck of the draw if you bag the same in a Cromwell. If everyone can one tap you and you can’t reliably that means your giving yourself an unessassary handicap

I was playing US 3.7 yesterday, and stomped as it’s a really good line-up, nearly the best at 3.7. With the Chaffee making a big part of that.
US 3.7 > UK 3.7 right now; however, give the UK the Sherman V and M24, and they’ll be equals.
With only a few vehicles difference, for reference, the line-up I’m remaking:
US: M10, M4, Plane, M24, M4A5 Ram II B, SPAA.
With the two missing lend-lease, ot could be remade like so:
UK: Achilles, Sherman V, Plane, Chaffee, Ram II B, SPAA
Maybe not in that exact order, but the biggest difference between the line-ups would be SPAA(and likely plane), with the rest of the differences being the differences between variants. The Brits also have a few more options to bring…

This, these two vehicles the sherman v and chaffe would push the brit line up to god tier for the br, which is why I have been so doggedly in favour of them. It’s not like we tested 2 like the hellcat, we used them alot, same for the Stewart V

while that is true quite often it is much more commonly an issue of poor aim

You can hit what’s behind a wall, if you see a t34 from the front it’s multiple shots with a six pounder, aphe ita a one tap
