Is there any map left which supports amphibious tactics? I remember in the past of WT there were some maps, but nowadays too much was changed and offmap timers are everywhere. Right now its more a dead, useleass feature. Like terrain modification with your dozerblade… required alot work and was praised as super fun feature…but its simply ignored by all players.

A lot of content in the game is just straight up unusable, like most bombers, attackers, heavy fighters, ans lot of light tanks and tank destroyers are just there to fill tech trees and Gaijin has never bothered to create maps and game modes where they can be useful and fun.
Its been clear for years now: Gaijin is a company that knows how to make semi-realistic models of vehicle and their weapons, they don’t really know how to make actual video games. But WT still sells well because most people are just satisfied with flying/driving/sailing around their favorite military vehicles and there is no competition to WT when it comes to that, so Gaijin can get away with absolutely terrible gameplay and game mechanics.

That’s the main problem with the community right now, everyone is so hyperfixated on getting shiny and chasing a new high with vehicles. People forget how flawed this game is, most maps outright not support any playstyle that isn’t aggressive MBT spam, most features in this game are gimmicks and game modes for ground and air are beyond stale.

Just remove the Thermal for gunner and move down to 6.0 where probably can be usefull against hellcat spam. But right now in 7.3 is useless. Specially when you have the Wiesel and Premiun RU.

No, they did not accept my report about the transmission.
Usually the amount of gears is increased to simulate the torque converter.
You have to prove it has one for this to change (oof)
Are spawn costs of the Luchs are higher then the Wiesel (light tank tag vs SPAA)?
Thats also why Luchs has not the ammo upgrade box. Wiesel has it along with tons of other features the Luchs lacks. The bonus ammo is really useful. You need alot ammo to grind down targets and you havn’t alot clips.
Best would be indeed to scrap the thermals and to put it to the same BR as the R2.

yes, as long as i keep getting new shiny vehicles for Britain i’m not complaining (Or they will butcher it or forget stuff on it, like the Brimstone or forgetting the GBU-15s on the F-111C, or the Harrier Engine Heat, or harrier VIFFing not breaking lock but making even AIM-9Bs all aspect)
but in seriousness, this is true so many maps in this game just no longer have flanking routes, that either don’t have them due to the inherent design of the map, or have had them removed (looking at you Eastern Europe)
