its 4 racks of 30 each, in the IRCM bay; there are 2 bays, the doors that open french style right behind the WBD is the IRCM bay, flares only, the RFCM or ECM bay behind it opens like a small ramp facing towards the aft of the jet and it sits just behind the IRCM bay… i cant remember off the top of my head how many charges fit on the ECM racks or how many of those racks fits in that bay but im pretty sure its just 2 of them sitting side by side, whereas the IRCM bay is set up 4 in a 2x2 bracket

its just the fact that we dont normally fly with beast mode configs to show it off, however we do in fact have the capacity to carry 8 amraams plus 2 winders right now on the B and nearly all C and A models already have sidekick integration and can carry upwards of 12 total missiles; as for carrying them on the wing stations, the tip winders obviously have their respective low observable SUU-96 pylon + LAU-151 launcher, in which that exact same combo is rated to carry 120s and can be bolted onto the stations 2/3 and 9/10… again we simply dont do this often enough in practice to have opportunities to display it, which is unfortunate, but we are not making the oversight of missing integrations

Well yes and no, technically the US F35’s will have the better radar suite than every other F35 in game.
Closest one being the F35I from israel.

Its inevitable tbh. All nato countries will get copy pasted F-35 variants. The US will even get 3 (F-35 A, B, and C since it operates all 3) I’m pretty sure the only nation that can’t get it is Russia, and maybe China. I think China could technically get one via a subtree. It will be the Sherman of the air trees lol

Nothing to see with the topic really, but for the whole year at my uni we had to find a name for our group and we were the group 17, I did this
The radar jammer in the F35A for the US is unique to the US models, other models have similiar but worse radar jammers. The one the F35s for the US have can run the APG-81 along with the jammer and there now outfitting with the new APG 85s.
With EW you can do multiple things, the biggest being DFIRM where you can mimic the RCS echo of your airframe and flood the enemy radar with fake radar signatures.
Along with new AI radar jamming it can detect band hopping so if a SAM is hopping between different bands to avoid radar jamming, the F35s jamming suite will predict within milliseconds and counter act the radar waves pushing them out of phase. Making the F35 even harder to track thx to half the radar waves not even reach the target.
