So i started playing war thunder on this account through the war thunder launcher. However I moved to steam later on wanting to be able to modify target destroyed msgs, yknow that kinda stuff. So anyways it doesn’t work and sometimes I am logged into a steam account version of my war thunder account. I want them to be the same, is this possible?

Disconnect your internet, launch the game through steam, it should take you to the login page instead, reconnect internet, login with Gaijin account (this method does not bind your steam to the account, it just uses the Gaijin account to login when launching the game through steam).

so the guide is using the CRESD menu, how can I access that on the war thunder menu?

disabling the steps:
Open launcher.exe in the game folder
In the game, click on the player’s card
In the lower right corner of the screen, click on “change user”
In the menu, log in using your email and password, and check the box for automatic connection
Done! All Steam achievements that were open at that time will be automatically obtained
PS: Currently, if you encounter this issue, this is the only solution. because methods involving disabling the internet or web authorization won’t work (I think many people have encountered this)
