That is not the same from what I understood. Indeed the devs said that it’s fine to add a weapon showcased alongside an aircraft if the same aircraft from another country is integrated with such weapon (that was the hypotetical case for the Italian tornado). This aint the case tought.
fair, but it was practically integrated already what with all the trials and the new info we found about the launchers

With the IRIS-T finally coming to WT for anti air duties, can we hope to see the smaller brother of it for the UH Tiger anytime soon?
That is after all the primary purpose of the missile.

With the advent of the new advanced SAM systems, I don’t see why this missile, which would be no different from a ground launched AIM-9X could be added to the Eurocopter. Seeing as it is the only top tier helicopter to not have any means to defend itself.
It would be a nice addition to it, just bump the SP costs if these missiles are equipped, if TY-90 is allowed, I don’t see why this isn’t either.

Agreed.
Heli spawn camping is already an issue. Adding this to the UHT only wont increase the issue.
Rather to solve heli spawn camping, add the “RETURN TO BATTLEFIELD” count down to helis specifically who fly into enemy spawn.
Not to mention that now, with the Ka-52s and Mi-28NMs DIRCM (which is poorly modelled as having 360 effect, can nullify any weaponry that the UHT has while not allowing for any such counterattack is severely unfair.
Plus with the 10km vikhrs which you cant outrange, outrun nor decoy and most often you cannot hide from, the UHT is basically a dead helicopter.
Or add M103s with .50 cals 😁

God, I remember when helipads had those stupid flak weapons that wouldn’t do anything, we really need something like M163s or M103s that snipe you if you dare fly close to a helipad to spawn camp (as a helicopter).
