OP Anti-Air has no effect on which team wins. It just makes the ground battles, well ground battles.
KH-38 can change the outcome of the match.

Don’t you know the history of WT, you WoT refugee? Air battles are the first gamemodes, with little to no changes ever since 2012. “Tank” battles were made with mixed arms combat and planes in mind.

In some cases, sure. Like when both sides have very strong AA systems then yes. But its not 100% the case and we are still missing quite a few muntions that are specifically designed to deal with those systems. Like TALDs and HARMs.

And open real life, and you’d know that in a battle between anti-Air and planes in Modern Era, anti-Air has come out on top.
