Doesn’t really matter in the first place, it’s more of you goalpost shifting because of how irrelevant a point it was to bring up in the first place. Germany has no claim whatsoever, none, not a hint, not a touch, not a blink, to the Leclerc Evolution. Same with France to 2 A-RC

Why would it be in tech tree? Its not in mass production nor adopted by any military?
Neither is the KPz-70, Radkampfwagen 90 or Bagelpanzer and they are still in the TT

Actually according to most sources I have seen it can load 3 shells in 10 seconds, so yes it is 18 rounds per minute or a 3.3333etc second reload time

Idk if this has been posted before but the Leopard 2 ARC 3.0 might actually have the claimed protection against 57 mm apfsds to the side, not sure if they took out any composite from the front in order to add the armored capsule, but there is in fact an armored capsule
