Just would be nice if every nation got similar ships.
Or heck, just got some decent ships. An actual WW2 BB for Britain would be nice, rather than the endless stream of WW1 dreadnoughts

I’ll give you a hint - you won’t need 2 hands to count the number completed, and you won’t need 2 fingers at all to count the number laid down…
Then why not add it in the condition it was left? No one knows what the final product would have been. Most design changes are made during the construction process.
I have no idea; perhaps the vehicle is added in the way that was originally planned, but this is entirely my speculation, and kindly do not quote me on it.
Just trying to understand the co decision making process as they seem to take extreme liberty with vehicle decisions while demanding extreme details on others. This tends to make the playerbase angry.

Let us remind ourselves the Kronshtadt wasn’t the first never finished ship, Instead it was a Italian destroyer:
• RN Commandanti Margottini of the Commandanti Medaglie d’Oro class.
Than afterwards an AA cruiser
• RN Etna Ex Taksin the Etna class
After that it was this Heavy Cruiser/Battlecruiser.
• Project 69 Kronshtadt
Since then we’ve seen further never finished designs from destroyers:
• Like the Type 1936C Zerstörer Z46 Z47
•To cruisers Project 68BIS-ZIF Shcherbakov
•& even Dreadnought Battleship refits, Conte di Cavour class RN Conte di Cavour
• Or just the Bayern class & SMS Sachsen (Edit, SMS Baden was built. So whoops on me).
That never became a thing either through scrapping, scuttling/sinking or capitulation.
The only vessel that imo rivals the Project 69 is the IJA Type 5 Escort Boat as that thing is a mess of what it should be (also a pretty nasty boat at 1.7).
Still the rules of warships additions are is if they were laid down so we’ve got plenty of additions that could come for other trees that would streamroll the Kronshtadt.
At least they’ve got more reason to be in game than several aircraft & armoured vehicle designs or just modifications on certain machines looks at missiles on some jets or countermeasures of such surprisingly few on USSR jets besides the Yakovlev Yak-141 that I can think of.

6 completed during wartime, 8 if you include the Nelsons and 11 if you include the 3 variations of the Lion class.
That doesn’t even apply, Germany has 4, Japan has 2, the US has 10, Britain has 6. So yes, you need 2 hands.
