lol the kfir canard is hated by gaijin cut and dry because it goes against their communist narrative. besides its matched with jets that are using (ALL ASPECT MISSILES) 50+ percent of the time. either it needs to be downtiered or missiles for balancing.
I think the canard used the 9L irl, if it got the 9L but was kept at 11.0 it would be fine
