Kfir Canard - 11.0 with 9.7 weaponry

Phantoms are worse aircraft and with full bombing loads are barely faster than harriers. the Kfir canard can really dogfight and carve up enemy teams in ways no phantom can ever.

the wasted potential of that plane annoyed me

AIM 7F spam still haunts me, granted I was only a Viggen fighting F4S, because God forbid Sweden ever got a decent aircraft

It should receive at least magic 1 (A-5C 2x magic 1, j-7D 4x magic1/pl5b. Both 10.7)

Now it’s f 4 EJ and f 104s. The kfir canard constantly get out-speed due to it’s slow acceleration, and lack of napalms. Also the rocket bombers of F-4 phantoms.

I bomb in it. I understand one of your biggest complaints is that I bomb in fighters, but this plane is a strike plane wrongly designated as a fighter.

That’s not what dictates it’s BR in Air RB mate. Also you really need to learn to properly play fighter aircraft instead of bombing in aircraft you really shouldn’t be.

That’s true, but it’s not a disadvantage, as you are launching your missile from a longer distance, meaning you are less likely tò be spotted, for example: if someone wants tò get in range on my 6’ to launch a 9J he gets usually spotted on the minimap before he can get the shot, while with 9G i can have a launch even from 5km in a side aspect, meaning that i’m invisibile on the minimap.
I tried both for countless matches and i can assure you that the 9G gets the job done more often than a 9J, if you find the missile underwhelming it’s a skill issue.

Well the main problem is in that there are only two of them

there are a lot of planes at 11.0 with only two missiles, generally they perform fine or even good

And some of them shouldn’t be, considering you have planes like J35XS with 6 missiles + IRST at 10.3 and J-7D with 4x better missiles at 10.7

That’s how gaijin “balances” vehicles by BR, not me.

J35X is also a terrible plane

Well, maybe, especially regarding it’s flare count. But 6 missiles vs 2, is very depressing outlook for the Kfir.

In 11.0, the 6-12 flare planes are gone, and more people know to flare, essentially making 2X 9G a laughing stock that are more reliably used on AI targets than else.

Glad you’re not in charge of Balancing then, otherwise the F-15E would be 10.0 because it doesn’t have Napalm

That’s how gaijin would balance a plane, not me. It’s the reason half of the starfighters are overtiered.

6 AIM 9Js don’t exactly mean anything. It’s still a fuel hungry jet that bleeds speed by looking left, with terrible missiles

That’s all delta wings. Every time I drop the bombs at the base, turn around, I literally get machine gunned by F-5s because they can turn at 1000kph and mine doesn’t.

More missiles mean more chance one of them will result in a kill, especially at higher tier where planes have way more flares and crew skill points

If you don’t bomb, you don’t need to do sharp turns, which will blow your speed at all.
