No! they only tested, and by that logic, it must also be added in the tank/heli tree due to US Army testing it as well

+1, as a unique aircraft for the British TT. Similarly to the Tigershark, I think this aircraft (since it was a developmental prototype/testbed) should only go to the nation that manufactured/built it, in this case Britain.
Seeing as currently, there’s a rather wide variety of Legacy Harriers in a few TTs (with possibilities for more foreign-operated ones), it would be preferable if the most unique Harrier family member (and also one of the ones that started it all) stayed with the UK TT.

I agree, we could maybe have it as a 8.0 battlepass/event fighter with its high manoeuvrability and TVC

Would make sense, and would be a pretty easy way to sort of revive the BP system
With a prototype that is unique from the production version and maybe, maybe can have a special coupon that unlocks it for the other 2 nations that tested it
I will say no to this one, since it seems to be similar to Harrier GR.1 but with questionable weapons capabilities and worse flight performance.
Should be about the same but can go at 8.0/3 where it would be pretty balanced, it doesn’t have much agility due to current Harrier 1 FMs but could go up as the FM is improved

Not quite 9.0, 8.3/8.7 but with proper Harrier FM it would be 9.0 worthy. Remember it also has a much weaker engine then the GR.1

Proper harrier flight models and proper kestrel model I would still want it no more than 8.7.
For air combat it’s still limited by its high wing loading and will have no capability to off set that with thrust vectoring (not that thrust vectoring offsets the wing loading in war thunder anyways due to poor modeling of it)
It’ll have to fight in the vertical.
