I personally wont play american shit no matter if bought or captured in japanese tree and would definitely prefer addition of japanese made ww2 ones. But if others wanna play thats their choise there are already plenty.

It works more like the other way around. Captured planes become more unique. Let’s take the Japanese P-51C, the Japanese Lagg-3, the Finnish P-40M and a few others. Each has an interesting history behind it, which increases their uniqueness. Each captured plane, ceases to be just an undefined P-51C, for example, but this twisted unique machine.

+1 for event/BP as captered vehicles there make better reards, then 90% of them, as the other stuff can be left for TT.
Well, I’m sure most brit mains would take BAE harriers over AV-8B’s anyways
Captured vehicles are a nasty rabbit hole I would rather the game doesn’t go down any farther
I get it, the history is cool, but can’t it be represented with a skin or something for the original vehicle (once it gets added in this case)?

Well… For this case,
I think maybe only british voices are not enough for adding B-339E in this game.
If we consider RAF Buffalo Mk.1’s suggestion was made at July 2023 and we still got no Buffalo in our TT. :(
Seems Gaijin is not interested in adding B-339E maybe because
- They don’t want to pay for new modeling when there is only one nation that they want. Because Gaijin nowadays loves copying & pasting things which can be introduced to more than just one nation. :/
Especially when it is somewhat similar but worse denavalized version of F2A, which fits rank 1 and can’t make money with it.
It seems they only make original modeling for the single nation when they can sell it for 70$.
So… For me, in this case, as I said earlier in this topic. I might support this idea.
I think adding B-339E to this game requires not only Brit main’s voice but needs some jpn main’s voice for additional firepower.
In the meantime, also your opinion is valid for some of OP’s suggestions.I think.
There are some similar examples of it too!
- RAAF F-4E camo for JPN F-4EJ ADTW
(maybe the reason why they decided to add it not on USAF F-4E, but on JASDF F-4EJ is maybe for netting more money by selling more premium packs) - some RAF camo for USAAF spitfire
- Indian Su-7BMK camo for Soviet Su-7BMK
- some USAAF camo for RAF Mustang with 20mm Hispano.

Anyway, I am bit worried about the worst case scenario about adding B-339E in this game
- Decided to add both RAF/IJA B-339E as camo for either one of USN F2A-1 or F2A-3 while ignoring the spec difference between RAF Buffalo and USN Buffalo has.
- Because Gaijin was also lazy enough to think B-339E is a lame copy&paste version of USN buffalo.
