It is meant to display the missile lead to get the maximum range from your missiles. However, it seems to be bugged on the JA37C and always displays in the middle.

Sure? Because it displays even when I have no missiles.
Play any top tier jet and you will see the same circle guiding where to shoot long range radar missiles.

Does someone have knowledge on why BOY401 (the flaredispensers on jaktviggen) is twin drop for the C and techtree DI? The one instance i could find of a supposed viggen firing off flares shows that it drops them individually…

Probably not, we simply don’t have the numbers to do that, we barely even got the Di as a TT vehicle
In the long run, it will hopefully mean that the Viggen Di sits lower relatively speaking and with its RWR, that is probably the better place for it.
But the level of compression is just stupid to do any semblence of balancing at the moment
There’s really no info to back up that hope though. Simply put we have other equally bad aircraft at the same BRs as far superior vehicles yet they haven’t had their BRs changed.
Its more so clear gaijin doesn’t want next gen Fox 3 like 120 being the same BR as something like the F-14A tomcat with its Aim-54.
There is little to no evidence to suggest the Viggen will be in a better place

Viggen will always be at the same rating. Unlike f14, it will not be bought by primarily new USA brained muppets, and thus the fabled statistics will have it be at the same rating.
