Well now it appears the f16c will be mounting aim7m’s which it never used and likely couldnt use. If thats the case Id would hope j8f gets pl11’s as compensation

I suspect It has Aim-7 as placeholder for AMRAAM and its final block number is up in the air right now, with a lot of debate about whether it could or could not run Aim-7
If not radar missiles yet, then how about pl8a/b or pl5e to pair against aim9m and r73

PL-5E would be some what comparable with the new soviet and american missiles.It has IRCCM but it can only pull 35g.Does PL-8B have IRCCM?
PL-8B use a four-element infrared seeker.

J-10A could be worthwhile to come into the game with PL-11 and PL-8B. Then they can upgrade it to PL-12 later
Oh yeah, pl8b is a late 80/early 90s missiles with irccm. Pl5e would also be deadly with its short burn and high speed with all aspect
