I just noticed that there simply is no air traffic at modern warfare BR brackets. You spawn ya SPAA and…nothing. You spawn your blank fighter with AAMs…you circle endlessly around the enemy air spawn and you just get nothing to shot.

In contrast to WW2 BR’s. There are often half a dozen planes flying around. Huge bombs killing 10 tanks with one drop. There are always many, many air to ground kills. Alot SPAAs and fighter players…sometimes you get far more air kills than in Air RB game mode.

So something is fishy about these threads. There is no air pest at high tier. Just at lower BRs. Thats the truth. My guess is that Jets like a F-16 with full advanced ground loadout is just too expensive to spawn…actually 800-900 spawn points. Who can afford that??? See …

While at lower BRs you easily spawn your fighter plane with 3x 1000lb etc…

can u define modern warefare BR? it can range from 10.0-ish to 12.7 and the amount of CAS vary. 12.7 got it really bad cuz CAS will start spawning around 3-4 minutes after match start and the game usually go downhill from there cuz AA cant fight back. not fun at all (speaking from experience).

I think Spaa are coming for other nations aswell, and HQ-17 didn’t take a long time to model.

never said it was. but removing the pantsir is just about the worst idea ever. we need more modern SPAAS, like the Humvee with AMRAAMs for example (could make the AMRAAMS hand guided).

Then just remove Pantsir untill all nations have an equal SPAA. It’s pretty goofy that Russia gets best SPAA, best helicopter, second best tanks, and second best CAS all in one.

I almost never bring stats up, as i’m a pretty bad player, but you haven’t even played “proper” top tier, as all of your top tier vehicles are squadron/event vehicles. As such, you shouldn’t even MENTION the removal of SPAA as you have limited experience.

They confirmed new top tier spaa for next year. Hopefully it is early next year.

Depends. There is a dead zone starting at around 9.0 until around 11.7.

Eh, not really. I’ve played a bit of CAS in the Su-27SM and found it disgusting. I’ve used almost all of the rank 7 Russian tanks, which I consider to be basically Top Tier. (T-80U, Tunguska, T-90A, whatnot). I’ve skipped over the T-90M as I don’t deem it worth it. You however, have no tech tree rank 7-8 tanks, which is fine, you may not like the BR. But you shouldn’t advocate for stuff like the removal of the Pantsyr.

Russian CAS is overpowered, yes. NO DOUBT about it
Their SPAA is absolutely fantastic
Aside from the BVM, their tanks are mid compared to Leos
NEVER said their CAS was balanced
NEVER said that Pantsir should remain without counterparts in other tech trees
NEVER said that Russian tanks are bad

No, it is not. We need equivalent SPAA in other trees. Implementing this can be a problem as Russian and NATO doctrine is vastly different. But, I believe that it can be done,
