uhm… sorry for asking lol but what’s a vanilla launcher?
I’d check it more and see if there’s a mission sitting somewhere in the UserMissions folder or somewhere.
If anything the place to report such a thing is on the issue tracker, but this thread should be something where we can find out if anyone actually has the mission aside from you.
Also, are you running on the latest version of the game?
The launcher from the website compared to using steam to open it.

I’ve been having the same problem, and in addition to this the M24 chaffee section is also broken. When I get to the spot they tell you to shoot the Tiger from, the gun refuses to fire. No matter what I do.

PzIV have very broken hit box so you can kill them by hitting very specific part on each one
In no particular order
One can only be killed by driver vision slit
Another by hitting turret ring under the gun
Next one only by hull machine gun
Last one can only through front idler wheel from the side.
M24 part is broken and you can’t fire the gun.

Yes, I somehow made it to that part and I have the same problem. The Chaffee just doesn’t shoot.
Oh, good to know - though I can’t imagine how long it took you to find that out.
Surprisingly not that long.
You can also bypass that whole section by letting AI kill them, they seem to not have problem with shells disappearing, just inability to hit them.
Still next part can’t be progressed anyway.

Yeah, I was alt-tabbing quite a bit and when I came back they were gone and I was on the Chaffee part.
But yeah, quite upsetting that Gaijin can’t even make a basic tutorial with material that has existed for the better part of 10 years.
Its the ghost shell tutorial. lool
This morning out of the blue it made me replay the basic gunnery tutorial again. Like, the game is making commentary on my playing ability or something…

If, by some miracle, you manage to kill the Panzer IVs, you straight up can’t fire with the M24 to kill the Tiger H1

Yeah, they might have remade them (I don’t remember if the previous ones had the T-50)
Yeah, it’s pretty stupid that basic issues like this still plague a game more than 10 years after it dropped.
