Hit an Hovering target at 25km, after 75s the Impact was with 510 km/h
It does hit past 20km(stationary targets, or me in an a10 going 300 km/h), it can go up to about 25km right now.
But Only when you use Launcher 2, Launcher 1 is bugged, the Missiles explode after 40s
you did hit hovering yeak141 yes that good to know we can hit heill at such range but the missile was probably going 500km at most can even hit prop with that kind of speed
That impact at 23km is at 143m/s or roughly M0.417.
In fact, the missile appears to be subsonic (less than ~343m/s) through the entirety of the clip, starting from the ~13km mark shown in the vid, sitting at 289.2m/s(M0.843), suggesting its likely not much of a threat to any jet actually maneuvering at said range.
Im actually kinda curious to see what cutrent in-game missile speeds are out at that range actually, cuz i have a feeling stuff like the Pantsir and VT1 missile might actually be faster🤔

SLM can barely do Mach 2 after 15 seconds of burn when it should be Mach 3.2 at peak velocity and this speed should be on the 20km not after 6km only which is insane for an irist

yeah, pantsir missile can still pull 17g at 19km and still holding high speed of 1.3 Mach yeah to think still that fast at that range is scary what did they think of when they add it with no counter even tho things like TV-3 upgrade of the TV1 with 16km range and Mach 4.5 could be added with it

Realistically, its probably not even hitting a maneuvering jet beyond ~10-15km with those speeds

It is not, tested it, as soon as the missile’s booster runs out you can outmaneuver it
