im still confused as to why “members of another team” are allowed to close bug reports about vehicle/weapon performance.
like, why anyone beside technical moderator can handle technical bug reports?

Just the idea that after the colleague has accepted an official Diehl email as a report, you reject it again out of consolation or whatever, doesn’t enter my head. Sad

Seems the persistent tech mod #1 finally relented himself. Maybe someone communicated with him on the origins of the source. This is what some of us have to deal with, luckily there happened to be a tech mod in this instance who was countering their attempts.

I have seen so many reports why are mod that don’t have tech knowledge is closing as fast he can what’s up with this ? . Other mod accepted he came back closed it not a bug now accepted

If we were to take his statement at face value, he didn’t have an issue with the contents of the files but the origin of it.

Its absolutely insane players have to deal with this - a person whos not likely a tech mod closing down tech related bug reports - with nothing like appeal court to act as a safeguard; and instead have to resort to having overworked and overpinged devs involved.
