If the Skysabre is added to the game alongside the IRIS-T SLM, I might try to make a suggestion post to allow the IRIS-T SLM to pick which radar vehicle it wants to use between the TRML-4D its commonly seen with, or the Giraffe AMB commonly seen with the SkySabre.

As for “why?”;
TRML-4D is a much larger radar with greater range and likely much greater capabilities than Giraffe AMB, but Giraffe AMB is already somewhat overkill for WT maps and threat counts. The advantage the GAMB has though is the radar being mast mounted. This could be a great advantage on some maps, and a detriment on others (allows the radar to be elevated above clutter, but makes the radar vehicle easier to find and damage/destroy.
Probs unlikely to happen tho, but would be a neat feature. They could make it a “modification” that you turn on and off to pick which radar vehicle you want much like mine plates and the rare model upgrades like the 2S6 and 2S6M1

As a fellow potato 5000 owner i hope the increase of render distance does not kill my performance. We do desperately need it though
Oh no, they already implemented it. It has not impacted me tho.
