We’re not talking about the Czech Republic now. And South Africa hasn’t been under British control for a long time either. So who knows, maybe just being a former WPO member will be enough to add it to the USSR research tree.
cant agree more
Yes I’ve been trying to say this in both Chinese and English threads
We could just as easily add a Ukrainian branch to the USSR. There’s plenty of equipment there for a sub-branch.
For example: t-84, Oplot-M, T-84-120, t-72Amt, t-64bm bulat, T-64 BM Bulat 2, T-72-120, and more
I don’t think the Combined Chinese (CCP and Taiwan) TT needs Singapore when it still has many unique vehicles and production and prototype vehicles that can be added for Air and Ground.
I think smaller nations with less production capability like Italy, Japan, France, the UK should be the focus of Additional Nations as their subtrees. Nations like the US, Russia have such a large catalogue of vehicles, like China does, that giving them subtrees seems a bit lazy.
I would rather China get more time and focus for their own vehicles than some copy paste exports that other nations have. Japan doesn’t have as many prototypes or vehicles left to add for ground or air so it’s more understandable as to them needed subtrees and copy paste additions to fill out their trees, same with Italy, France and the UK though they do have a bit more in the backlog they can have added in comparison.
I do hope Gaijin re-evaluates and considers taking more time to add unique Chinese vehicles over a few more Ctrl+C/V Leo’s and F-16’s to China via singapore in a quick patch.
but I do understand that the need for balance is necessary and some times that does require certain actions to enable the ability of fair play across all TT’s.
Me. I would love to see the Leopard 2 and F-15 in the Chinese TT
It’s a shame how we all share basically the same opinion and only disagree on minor issues that would be less relevant if the main issue was solved, but still people are fighting…
I have no idea why people are still fighting for political topics and nationality topics but I guess this is just another day of warthunder
thy i want to point out how “same apprroach” is seen in Gaijin eyes:
So are we getting a japanese VT4 export added or not? Why in gods name does USA and JAPAN get the stingray if the USA never used it. But china gets the VT4 even thoough they never used this variant? Are we just going to let the chinese have a meltdown anytime they dont get exactly what they want the way they want it? Remove the stingray from the usa tt then gaijin same difference.
no we dont. at least for now
its better - they build it. as all other CCVL-alikes
I don’t care if it’s added to Russia but I would like to also see an event one for the US
Just doesnt make any logical sense. The chinese never used it so if anything CHINA shouldnt get it. But then the chinese community would explode on gaijin even worse than they already have at the proposal of it being added to japan.
In the US, the T-84-120 could be added as a regimental tank with the Turkish flag. A similar scheme has already been implemented in Sweden with the regimental T-80U, which was used but failed to win the tender.
The US has it because we triled it and it was produced by Cadillac-Gage just like the type 59 Jaguar was in part developed by Cadillac-Gage (now Textron)
hm. thats a good point. thy it just makes it easier for them to add it to US as USSR didnt get ANY “delivered” or “test” vehiches even when they needed one.
Thy its the T-84-120, the Yatagan. And we are talking aboutt Oplots
agreed. but following chinese guidelines never was logical.
i will critique the chinese community on this part, a lot of them took part on crying for the VT-4( an export vehicle) being added as part of the thai subtree an vehicle that was exported to the nation of thailand, but they have no scruples on asking for other nation vehicles wich also got exported.
As I said that’s counting event and premium you can find the full liste here; there’s the CT-CV 105 HP, Kv-1 1942, ItO 90M, L-62 ANTI II…
I mean the US purchased at least four of them
