Information Regarding the Thai Subtree and Chinese Vehicles

They specifically got the Norinco Demonstrator, which is Chinese owned and not in service with any foreign military.

Chinese VT-4 in game is the Norinco demonstrator

I think the real solution is for Germany to get a KF41 demonstrator as well, but I don’t think there’s an issue with China having the VT-4

Yeah absolutely, with so much content it can get and all the potential it has, the tree should be pretty much almost as big or as big as US/USSR trees

If PRC players cant learn to be respectful like the rest of the community, they dont deserve vehicles ingame. All this yapping is taking away from fixes being done to other trees. China is only a very small part of warthunder

Germany not receiving their KF-41 seems to be a weird outlier, no? Or is there a similar case?

Other players fully support the demands to fix Chinese vehicles and improve the situation of the techtree. Gaijin is trying to distract us and make us fight eachother, but in reality we are all fighting for the same thing, a fair game.

When did I insult them? By telling them to stop whining about historical relations? That is an insult? Good god.

Oh, aight. Thanks for the info.
Hopefully this (and the Stingray) will lead to a Lynx for Germany at some point, be it in form of the KF31, the KF41 Demonstrator or the Lynx 120

This here

Real, they can’t be bothered to fix the Leclercs, Arietes, Challengers and Chinese MBTs, so they just cause a controversy instead

Don’t think the VT-4 should be added to Japanese tech tree because the reason of more copy and paste vehicles, not because of the whole Chinese reaction thing, and the only subtree that should be added to Chinese tech tree is North Korea, and South Korea can go to Japan, honestly I think Thai subtree is better on its own as a tech tree by itself because they can add other country such as Singapore and Indonesia into the tech tree, or even Philippines, and there is a lot of up side to this such as Sim battle, also another reason is, it calagroise South Asia and East Asia, with redforce such as Chinese and North Korea and Bluefore such as Japan and South Korea.

Or another suggestion is to put Major country such as Taiwan, South Korea into separate tech tree, this solves the sim battle problem and the problem of vehicle that are supposed to be on the enermy side being in your own tech trees.

I’m not sure about other examples of this, but I’d have an opposite example.

Last update the USA got a Stingray, which by itself is fair enough since they had two prototypes, but for some reason Gaijin decided to specifically add a Thai service tank that is now represented under the US flag in game instead of either of the prototypes.

I think the issue is Gaijin likes to make “exceptions” that don’t really make sense, usually to be lazy. For example Thailand doesn’t operate M163 either, only M163A1. The difference is only visual, but it means the Thai M163 in game isn’t accurate, but a US tank instead.
(I guess this means at least the Stingray was traded for something)

That boat sank when India became a subtree

Instead I think a united Korea tree would be quite an interesting proposal over adding more subtrees. Yes there will be alot of copy paste, but the mid-high tiers will have many interesting vehicles

I find it funny that after making one comment, I alt-tab to game, alt-tab back after 10 minutes, and theres almost 40 new comments lol.

Most of that was me arguing with a random yapper with no argument. “I got baited”

He said “I call a spade a spade, become more tolerant.” twice

well copy and paste is a problem ofc but putting copy and paste in a tech tree where both country are against each other or have no relation is a bigger problem and I think u aint wrong on that lol

You don’t have any arguments other than negativity towards nationality, lol

Are you a real person or a PRC robot?

My guess would be KF-41 was kept from Germany to make Hungary sub-tree seem more unique at the time.

Doesn’t make sense, but nothing they do makes sense anyway.

And yea I was thinking of Stingray and VT-4. VT-4A1 as an operatorless tank is understandable I guess, but US Stingray that is a copy of Thai one? Ehh…

I bear zero negativity to their nationality, I do however bear negativity of using historical relations as a keystone to their argument against the Thai subtree. This is a common reoccurring thing that has happened to other tree’s without issue. But when it happens to China, all i hear is whining about historical relations.
