nope, registering numerous times is not needed. If you already registered, we got your application. Now you just need to wait.
Multiple registration will not give you higher chances to get the access.

Is it possible to make infantry an optional mode? As if when we choose our client we can pick one without infantry?
Because I kind of don’t care about and I don’t want to bloat WT file size a lot.

And there are already many infantry centric games out there. If I wanted to play dismounts I’d pick one of them not more of Gaijin’s suffering.

Nope, sorry. It’s (well, it will be) part of the game, share some files with other game mode etc. War Thunder is one, big project with all modes inside. You cannot download, for example aircraft only. Same here.
