I like how us as Players have literally no say in if WE want infantry added to the game or not, Infantry will be grafted onto Ground battles and only serve to screw Tanks over even more than the already oppressive CAS does…
Also yeah i love how Gaijin keeps constantly saying we can’t have new gamemodes or extended BR brackets EVERY TIME for the sake of queue times but they will make or add a completely new different mode with seemingly no concern over what its going to do to the said same queue times…

Wonder if they can read the underlined part. But anyhow, infantry (At least Player controlled) is coming as its own game mode, which wont interfere with our already mundane and broken “Combined arms” matches.
Will it have premium equipment? Probably
Will it be another enlisted/cod/BF/roblox shooter? Yes.
Sure, having 20 extra gigs to install sucks. This is a valid point.
Along with the fact there wasn’t any real vote on this when their should have been.
But its here to stay for now. So shouldn’t we all probably hold off on calling it a “Game ender” when we’ve only seen 1 bloody video of a beta test that no player has played yet? Like lets be honest, it’s got a good shot to be at the very least better then cod vangard and 2042 if the snail knows wtf their doin.
(Though will admit, the suicide drones aren’t too enticing)

i don’t think its gonna be “game ender”. And it also seems to not interfere with Enlisted, at least for now, because it is focused on modern combat (judging by trailer). Have to look into beta, but best case scenario - it will be a competitor to BF6, worst case - just another abandoned game mode that we have plenty of.

I don’t know why some people are so against change in War Thunder, having a separate infantry gamemode is amazing. If it was apart of GRB then I’d understand but as a separate gamemode, there isn’t much argument against it - if you don’t like it then don’t play it.
For people using queuing time as a cope mechanism, you should know game growth exists, if executed correctly then this gamemode should attract a significant more amount of new players. War Thunder as a video game has been growing pretty steadily, this new infantry gamemode should make the game more dynamic and interesting/entertaining.
Lastly, we as a player base have been asking for a new gamemodes for a while, this and the other recent beta events have been pretty solid, Gaijin isn’t doing this entirely for money but they’re attempting to expand the War Thunder universe - and from the looks of it, the infantry gamemode will only be of the modern era, so no, it won’t be a Enlisted killer (for now at least).

Enlisted has NPC troops that fight along side you in a squad.
Will war thunder Infranty have the same feature or will it be different such as BF6, squad, etc.
We will see soon enough I suppose
“Fight” is… not exact word to describe them tbh. More like “Standing, get shot and run in front of you”
