I was unfairly banned from the game for having the appropriate software

Has anyone had a problem with this notification informing you that you are using bad software? In that case, what is the point of Anticheat which is supposed to eliminate and inform about such software? I am trying to say that I do not have such software and I regret spending 600 hours and my stuff on this game. If anything, thanks for the help!

Please don’t be specific, because that would make your story ever so slightly credible. Or maybe it won’t.
