As said by others It is against Gaijin TOS to sell your account. Gaijin Terms of Service

3.6. The User shall not sell (or buy), rent, exchange, or give away an Account.

“Officially” No you cannot… you will find in the EULA / ToS / Rules etc… that you have signed and agreed with, that you cannot share your account
