I suppose you asked Grok the question in the thread’s title with the image attached. Ka-Chi was a event vehicle in the 2021 Summer Landing, as it’s a low tier event vehicle, they usually are not made to be sold in the Marketplace.

Returnal of such vehicles like the Ka-Chi, Sturmtiger or the TOG-II for example is very unlikely to happen. Ka-Chi or anything else being a premium doesn’t mean it can be bought but it has research efficiency bonus compared to regular vehicles.
