Yeah for good reason. The ground rewards for F2P are hell, it took me 325 hours or so for 1 10.7

I flew it like shit last night it was 3 am and I was gassed from grinding the SL to expert it but once I’m rested and recharged i think I’m gonna have a blast, I managed a 2kd flying it like a shopping cart, it’s def really solid.

The 530F’s are NOT it though hahaha

I mean I’ve got income so I can spend a bit of money and if it helps me skip to what I’m interested in… hey why not? At least I do my research before buying ;)

Reminds me about the most P2W mechanic in this game that goes under the radar for a lot of people, crew aces. Probably one of their primary money makers as well.

If you’re already skilled enough for that then good for you. Usually I don’t recommend high tier premiums for beginners because acquiring the necessary skills for high ranks can take some people a lot of time and frustrate them, but if you’re doing well that’s great

yeah, i was a bit worried about F15’s with aim9m’s but countermeasure release is effective to throw their locks off, my real issue is how to properly position myself with it, still learning how rn

oh absolutely, I kill so many F4S and F18 players that are completely glueless, it’s a bit sad.

Tbh even I am kinda garbage at the game even now, my biggest improvement is that now I understand in what ways I’m garbage while before I just died without understanding why.
But even though I wouldn’t call myself “clueless” since I very much understand what’s going on, I still die miserably most of the time

lol, half of my deaths in the f1 are crashes because i’m always caught by how floppy the FM is and i drift into a hill trying to dodge stuff xD

Also I’ve used the 530F’s a bit more and I wouldn’t call them garbage, only very stituational.

I don’t crash too much, I mostly die by eating a R-60M or AIM-9L but that’s because I play the Mirage IIIC which doesn’t have any kind of defensive systems, and I don’t always manage to stop MiG-21s from getting on my 6.
Also for some reason my aim went from decent to garbage in the span of a week, idk why but I can’t hit anything now it’s so frustrating

Yeah, also it’s crazy how fast skill leaves my body when I stop playing for a bit, I’ve been busy lately and had a lot of work and now that I got back a bit on the game I can’t kill anyone and just die in loops like an idiot

I’ve dropped 3 years of subscription for their attitude, this will be the 4th year as the 13 year WT player.

I actually think they should use a new damage calculator so western ammo works correctly.
But they wouldn’t have to if they just left some weapons as powerful as they were introduced, TOW2-B and Star Streak, Hellfire Overpressure, Apache 30mm frag pattern. DU rounds should force fires too.
